Hello.
I have the same problem, went we can get the update or pacht for this error or problem.
Or went yours publish the same...

you can play with number here. I fixed almost similar problem with images slider box, like below.

the change done on file called "theme.css" location path in "/moodle/theme/klass/style/theme.css" below the new value in the red box.

so I think if you play with px numbers of Header bar in theme.css you will fix your problem.
