Summary

The queue section in the Rabbitmq input plugin v7.3.0
documentation is inaccurate as it contains seemingly unrelated information.

A corrected version should be:

The name of the queue Logstash will consume events from. If left empty, a transient queue with an randomly chosen name will be created.

I tried going back in the git history to see when this unrelated information was added, but it seems like it has always been this way since the beginning.

If this is not the right place to report documentation related errors in the Elastic website, let me know.
I will also work on creating a PR for this change. I assume once the PR is merged, the changes will be reflected on the Elastic website.
