Two problems, first a graphical glitch with the drag/drop coding window closed. I clicked the open/close button too quickly and now the connections appear when the coding window is closed. It goes away only when I deselect a robot but it appears again when I select a new one.
Second, I can't feed a robot when it's holding two things in it's hands. I encountered this when a robot was about to craft an item it ran out of power so now both slots are full and the robot now can't be used. There is no way to reset the robot so it has become dead space on a limited area.

Actual code next to the visual coding(or being able to toggle) as this would also make it easier to manipulate code between robots.
Dragging an item onto a robot with both hands full will temporarily hold their current task and throw one item on top of their head so they can fuel up.(or the fueling command)
Logic decisions/ have robots act like logic gates.

Good news is, most of issues you reported was fixed in current version :) (excepting "Actual code next to the visual coding")
