Tests which would be helpful, but have not been documented

A) Run MSL2SWL offset cases
B) Run cases where SeaState module does not use "default" for the environmental conditions
C) Run at least 1 simulation for each WaveMod option (1, 1P, 4, are not covered)
D) Construct input files which force the code to issue error messages because of incompatible input setting. Make sure the error message print and the program exits.
