This mirrors back the API Key Source setting and fixes #53
Since this is executed in a post deploy hook, I decided to get the information about the API Key Source from
getRestApias most reliable source. In a shared API Gateway configuration this setting may not be present in the CloudFormation stack/resource orserverless.yml
