To my understanding, miniaudio has native high/low cut/pass filter functionality, but I was just wondering if there are any more sophisticated EQ features built in, or would I have to manually program those by combining several of the aforementioned filters to create the desired EQ curve? Also, does miniaudio have any built-in functionality for dynamic real-time volume control (i.e. dynamics) like compressors or a peak limiter, or would I have to manually implement those aswell? |

At the moment you would have to manually do those. I actually very much want to implement everything you mentioned (and more) but as usual there's always something else to do and I just haven't got to it. But I'm also not much of a filter or DSP person so I tend to struggle a bit getting that stuff right. I'd be very interested in help from the community to get this kind of stuff integrated into miniaudio though. If yourself or anyone in the community is interested feel free to contact me. |
