I think the leadscrew is supposed to turn freely in this socket, it wouldn't work otherwise, but it's too tight. I couldn't even get it back out and ended up snapping it off in the process:

This was in a pretty sturdy PLA at 100% infill and good settings for end-use parts. Should have been well within tolerances. I also couldn't get the broken piece out, and rather than reprint Segment C, I used heated rods to bore out the hole again. I have no idea if it will work or if I'll need to reprint that piece too. If there's no particular reason these sockets need to be so snug, I think they should be made way looser.

I printed mine with a Zortrax M200. It has to rotate freely.

I am sharing here the Solidworks Cad file of the leadscrew, you can open it and adjust the tolerances (increase the swept cut size) to be able to print it correctly with your 3d printer.
