OttEHR - Intake - Video Call - "Report Problem" Button Not Functional

Description:
In the video call settings menu during an Intake session, the "Report Problem" button does not respond when clicked. This button should be functional to allow patients to report issues encountered during the video call.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start a video call from the Intake flow.
2. Open the settings menu.
3. Click on the "Report Problem" button.

Expected Result:
The "Report Problem" button should open a form or dialog allowing the patient to report issues with the video call.

Actual Result:
Clicking the "Report Problem" button does nothing.
