When creating a repro from a course, also look inside the quizzes to extract all the question from quiz question banks.

Courses can contain quiz modules. Each module has a question bank which is outside the question bank for the course. We need an option to loop over all quizzes, and also export the questions within the question banks associated with the quizzes. This isn't happening currently.
