need to clean css file #1

The css file is a mess right now, I've just copied it from Nick Strayer's CV and changes stuff more or less at random until it looks nice
Need:

to sort it out so it's a bit readable
add elements to override the bullet-list template so I can put "free text" where I want in the CV (take style elements from the starting text?)
