Christmas music while having muffling upgrade installed

Issue description

I have a muffling installed in my Mekanism factories, and they keep playing christmas music.

They should not.

Steps to reproduce

1. Christmas
2. Machine with muffling upgrade
3. Still get annoyed by them making sounds

1.21.1 (Latest)

NeoForge version

21.1.83

Mekanism version

10.7.7 (Latest)

(On a more serious note, I can see how the issue you describe would be problematic. Fortunately, it shouldn't be too difficult to fix. Thiakil is a powerhouse, so he'll probably get around to this quicker than you can sing The Grinch Song. We shall see.

Seeing as this occurs only for a single day of each year, I suspect it will not be high up on the priority list.
