要求

基于 JGroup 广播当前 Eureka Server 已注册的服务实例到其他节点
- 掌握 PeerAwareInstanceRegistry 注册等操作
- 掌握 EurekaBootstrap 与 EurekaServerContext 的关系
（可选）Eureka Server 改造 Spring Boot 支持 Tomcat Tribes 模块
