Could you replace quote characters in two places in comments inside Mesh.proto. Windows cannot build protos project with following error:

main\java\com\geeksville\mesh\MeshProtos.java:11113: error: unmappable character (0x98) for encoding windows-1251
* then messages marked as reliable and finally �?background’ packets like periodic position updates.

and

 * field in MeshPacket called �?priority’.
