perltoc redirects to unstable perl release #8

https://search.cpan.org/perldoc?perltoc

This redirects to https://metacpan.org/pod/release/HVDS/perl-5.9.0/pod/perltoc.pod which is from an unstable perl release. search.cpan.org, when it still existed, redirected to perl 5.8.9, the last stable release to include perltoc.pod.

I'm not sure if this is worth fixing, or even what the algorithm would be for picking the 5.8.9 file.

Consider instead redirecting to perldoc.perl.org, which is likely to be significantly fresher and a better experience than either 5.8.9 or 5.9.0.
