Any amount of bytes for text that starts and ends with {},
  this is JSON variables for the level and must exist even if it's empty
  must be in UTF-8 i guess
2 bytes for X byte size (a)
2 bytes for Y byte size (b)
2 bytes for thing byte size (c)
2 bytes for thing string length byte size (d)
a bytes for max X
b bytes for max Y
c bytes for amount of things
For every unique thing:
  c bytes for thing ID number
  d bytes for thing identifier length (e)
  e bytes for thing identifier
For every placed thing:
  a bytes for X
  b bytes for Y
  c bytes for thing ID
