The enumerations are not filled in in the models.

reference-docs/v3.rnc
e.g.

    [ a:defaultValue = "center" ]
    attribute align { "left" | "center" | "right" }?,
    [ a:defaultValue = "full" ]
    attribute style { "all" | "none" | "headers" | "full" }?,

Lutaml::Model allows for enumerations described at:

https://github.com/lutaml/lutaml-model#attribute-as-an-enumeration
