[Feature Request]: Introduce the "path_wildcards" Config Parameter to Share Wildcards

What would your feature do?

Config.txt would support the "path_wildcards" parameter so that wildcards can be shared with other UIs.

This would allow users to have one less copy of their wildcards on their hard drive. When updating or adding wildcards it is easy to forget to update all locations where wildcards are stored.

Proposed workflow

1. Add "path_wildcards" to config.txt. For example: "path_wildcards": "F:\wildcards",
2. Save config.txt and test.

Additional information

This feature could be copied from mainline Fooocus which does support this parameter in config.txt.
