Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Customers may enforce usage of managed identity and user identity authentication instead of key based authentication to azure resources using AAD Policy. AirLock feature in Azure TRE currently uses key based authentication in Azure Function against Azure Service Bus.

Describe the solution you'd like
Admins can configure authentication type between several options:

  1. Key Based
  2. System Assigned Managed Identity
  3. User Assigned Managed Identity
