Improve suggestions when I type @ after a property getter declaration

class MyClass:
    def __init__(self, foo: int):
        self.foo = foo
    
    @property
    def foo1(self):
        return self.foo
    
    # Auto suggest "foo1.setter" when I type a "@" here. And when I press enter, pylance should insert:
    # @foo1.setter
    # def foo1(self, value):
    #     pass

Since this is quite a common pattern for property getter & setter declaration in Python, I think this feature can be taken into consideration.
