Not sure how this error in the manifest crept in for this package

The current update package is showing as version 7.5.1.16101, however, the version number should be 3.5.1.16101.

Somewhere the 3 has been transposed for a 7.

This shows up in Windows "Apps" and "Programs and Features" now as version 7.5.1.16101 instead of correctly showing as version 3.5.1.16101

This also needs fixing.

The installer file name shows a different version number, than when it actually installs. Might be intended?
Think this is more of a Synology being weird with versioning, more than anything.
