the new Feature "Enhanced IoT Connectivity option" could ipmrove the connection to IOT devices
Is it possible to provide an update?

Looks like 8.6.9 should be released at the end of the month: https://www.freshports.org/net-mgmt/unifi8/

I'm still unfamiliar with FreeBSD so I'm not sure that's safe, but I went with port for now:

opnsense-code ports
cd /usr/ports/net-mgmt/unifi8
make reinstall

and I got working 8.6.9 after restarting a service.

I've started playing with the latest UniFi app locally a couple of weeks ago, performed dozens of changes and unable to upload my backup from the newer version, sadly.

Looking forward to it! 👍 🙏
