I have a few problems 1. The software does not seem to work well. After a short period of time, it stops the reassigned mouse keys stop responding. Also, keys assigned to profile switching and running apps do not function. This seemed to happen after I let rzsynapse upgrade itself. I tried to downgrade but not sure if it did anything.

also tried it, using my Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2016, doesn't seem to do anything after placing the exe in the synapse folder, adding it to startup and restarting the computer.

Any idea why it's not working?
