Loading

for the new pirate theme:

make cityContainer and weatherData opacity: 75%
change header and footer gradient colors
change search bar colors
use pirate-speak everywhere
make a little ship float around? (uploaded transparent img)
make the background image move back and forth using setInterval and changing element's css background-position-x value
- start at -125px
- from 0 to -213px
