The ability to generate a config file added in #15 should be documented in the README. Also, the warning it gives, "No Private File Folder found, please contact system administrator", should be contextualized so it is clear it doesn't apply if the admin is not using the config-generator feature.

I think I'd like to wrap this functionality up in an optional submodule.
