Hi, thanks for the suggestion. Currently there is not option for this yet, but it could be added in the settings menu. |
Oh, where are my manners...thank you for your gracious attention. I hope that you sensed the gratitude that I failed to convey in my initial message. Of course your code is excellent as it stands. My request may be more personal than I realized, as not everyone will use this program in the same way that I would use it. As I see it, your program is light, powerful, and direct, and that is an important achievement. If it means anything to anyone, I would be replacing (the ancient) Chess Assistant with liground for the purpose of engine-supported analysis. If I were using ChessBase or Scid, I would feel the same. There is some good code in those programs if they have lasted this long! And yet I have been waiting many years for a new program to be a realistic alternative, and when I saw that it may be right around the corner, I allowed my impatience to set the tone of my request. I look forward to your future updates. Be safe and well! |
Don't worry. I did not take your first message as rude. |
Thank you for your invitation. If I ever acquire the skills required, I'll help. |
I always turn them off, they are distracting. I hope there is a version that allows them to be turned off.
