These are not officially endorsed by the Mosh team, and may have unknown problems. See also the supported operating systems on the Mosh web site.

Debian Squeeze via Debian Backports

1. Add the backports repository as explained on the backports website
2. # apt-get update
3. # apt-get install mosh

Exherbo

1. cave resolve -x repository/roidelapluie

2. cave resolve -x net-misc/mosh

Slackware

Mosh can now be installed by Slackware users via the Slackbuilds repository, using the following command:

• sbopkg -ki 'pysetuptools protobuf perl-IO-Tty mosh'
