If you edit a membership for the next billing date, and the next billing date is in January of the next year, it incorrectly continues to count beyond 12 months.
For example, on December 20, 2018 you set membership changes to take effect on the next billing date, and the billing date is the 15th of the month (i.e. prior billing date was 12/15/2018).
Nadine will label the change to take effect on 13/15/2018 (rather than 1/15/2019)
