Hi,
after execution of ./examples/phoneme_recognition_timit/run.sh, i get error that there is missing a file with name ../alignments/timit_trainD117.nc.

You need to pay to get access to the timit dataset: https://catalog.ldc.upenn.edu/LDC93S1
