Feature description (Mandatory)

Apoc has a feature that uploads file to s3. But only for aws. There are some non-aws storages that just uses s3 interface. It can be support non-aws s3 storage.

Which object storage do you use? And what error do you get?

Theoretically, the S3 protocol should also work with other non-aws tools.
IT tests have been written with localstack and minio.
