Fix authentication JSON file download issue for Firefox and Safari

This entails fixing the problem users encounter when attempting to authenticate services in Firefox or Safari, whereupon the browser attempts to download the callback URL's JSON payload instead of simply redirect them to the previously stored redirect URL.
