[ FAQ ] Add a WordPress affiliation statement

Describe the bug
We need an affiliation statement in our FAQs.

Expected behavior

Radio Station, Radio Station PRO, Stream Player, and Stream Player PRO are open source plugin for users deploying WordPress® at their CMS of choice.Our plugins are developed and released under the GPL and subsequently marketed, and sold by Netmix LLC through Freemius, its distribution and sales partner. Netmix LLC is in no way affiliated with or in any kind of financial or co-marketing relationship of any kind with the WordPress Foundation, Matt Mullenweg, WordPress.com, and Automattic. Netmix LLC is a subsidiary of Digital Strategy Works LLC.We choose to feature our plugins on websites controlled by Matt Mullenweg and Auomattic, including WordPress.org and WordPress.com for marketing and distribution purposes. To date, there are no fees or transactions generated by the individuals and organizations we refer to download the freely available open-source Radio Station and forthcoming Stream Player PRO plugins both made available through WordPress.org and WordPress.com.
