Installation via pipx works out of the box

Hi,

The official installation documentation does not recommend installing git-filter-repo via pip as it won't place the package in $PATH. I just wanted to share the fact that it works perfectly fine with pipx:

$ pipx install git-filter-repo
...
$ git-filter-repo --version
22826b5a68b6

What do you think about adding a section about pipx in the installation documentation?
