newsletter - consider adding to About menu/footer/install page

Currently the newsletter signup page is difficult to find (search was the only way I found success...)

Should consider adding it more prominently on the website, perhaps under the About menu.

Considering it offers release announcements - this feels like an important method for admins to stay up to date with NC releases, an often-expressed issue of not knowing there were new versions..

Another option is simply to add to the footer?

Current locations include (but not exhaustive):

• A small button at the center of the home page

• A larger button/banner at the bottom of the blog page

Seems the "Stay up to date w latest enhancements" banner would be great on the https://nextcloud.com/install/ page!
