Update m6anet to version 2

Description of feature

m6anet version 2.0 runs faster and outputs read level as well as transcript level modification probabilities.

There is only a single dataprep output file, and multiple inference output files now so the nextflow script will need to be updated, this isn't just a point to a different container change.

Will need to find a docker container build with this version though.
