Bug description

Can't delete unrecognized entity

Steps to reproduce

1. alarmo
2. armed for vacation
3. active sensors
4. you must have an unrecognized entity
5. can't edit or delete
   

Relevant log output

No response

This issue is stale because it has been open 30 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 7 days

I have the same problem since yesterday.
Is there any way to delete the entity in any config file?

U sure it's not user error? I've renamed multiple entities today, gotten that and changed the sensor entity to the new entity_id. I did just click on that and proceded to change the entity.
