old boot entries still showing

I just installed lanzaboote successfullly, and after boot all my boot entries were duplicate.
Half of the entries would give me an "access denied" error with secure boot enabled, so I figured out that those were the entries from before installing lanzaboote.

To fix this I had to clear /boot/loader/entries as it was stated in an old version of the quick start guide, so maybe that portion should be kept.
