Block.timestamp is used to determine the winners. Since this is a value output by the node, the node can intentionally manipulate the winner.
It is difficult to generate truly random values on a blockchain network.
I recommend using chainlink vrf. https://docs.chain.link/docs/chainlink-vrf/
