Face detector general docker

Create a docker container that has a sensible interface. For instance single image or directory as input, lines of tags as output. This should be easily reusable in other projects.

• on github in docker/ directory
• on dockerhub (nlescsherlockdl/)

Was the Docker image tested on the HPC cloud VM? I don't think it will work. All our other Dockers are based on cuda-7.5, while this one is based on cuda-8. Please test on the VM.

We made it with Chris and tested it on his machine, I think...

Which probably has cuda 8, not 7.5?
