Feature: Scale pen stroke width with zoom level #65

As the user zooms in, scaling the effective stroke width based on the viewport would make it easier to draw small and large drawings without needing to manually resize the stroke weight.

This works great with pen and mouse.

The scale option is listed on the shape tool, but it does not seem to do anything.

May be related to a bug on #44 not working for shapes either.

I think this was fixed with the eyedropper stroke width fix
