No "Type Definitions" section

The specification introduces new "Types" (Type Definitions) within Section 2.1.3.2 PF Arguments

A new section should be created for introducing the new types.

Ill correct that asap and attach the Pull Request to this issue.

Discussed at the Feb 9 meeting and we will add a new section to address the issue

PR #20 (created March 2022) removed subsections of 2.1.3 so that arguments from the LS and PF AP-specific arguments are all defined in the same section; that PR was not merged until July 2024. Notes from the 9 Feb meeting describe this as a non-normative change that was supported in principle. No corresponding PR appears in the closed PR list. Content of section 2.1.3 appears acceptable as-is.

Recommend closing this issue w/o further changes.
