Due to issues downloading //fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Pacifico, Firefox does not render Raintale's WUI for quite a long time.

In Hypercane, removing line 14 from hypercane-gui/templates/base.html addressed the issue, as mentioned in oduwsdl/hypercane#61.
