studyLoad seems to complect two seperate issues:

• The amount of time a student is expected to spent on completing the educational unit
• The reward, the credits "ects".

Although EC's are "calibrated" using expected studyload, they are called "credits" and so are not an indication of time.

Additional question: Do we want to allow for an array of studyLoad so the same element could have both 120 SBU AND 4 ECTS?
