Problem statement
A 'leeruitkomst' or: 'learning outcome' points to an achievement by a student that is not necessarily an exam taken to close a course followed during a set period of time. The current OOAPI implementation has not properly taken into account the possibility of a student being onboarded in an internship or a similar situation where the duration and the success criteria are vastly different from a standard academic course.
A learning outcome could be worked towards for a period of years; for example: an internship followed during MBO. On top of that, the process of 'grading' and determining success usually demands multiple evaluations over a longer span of time, not comparable at all to exams.
Currently, the OOAPI does not provide resources for these kinds of learning paths.

Preferred outcome
In the working group we'd like to discuss possible solutions to provide for the aforementioned learning outcomes within the OOAPI. Not just taking into account internships but also the possibility for other tracks that can be linked to learning outcomes not currently covered by OOAPI.
