ISD getting replaced by GHCNh #32

Thanks Jack. I see that things are changing, so it will be good to update everything soon. I wasn’t going to do this before the CASANZ course though to keep things simple.

No rush to do it before CASANZ! The new database isn't complete yet anyway
- only US data till the end of May.
