I am trying to install openauto/crankshaft on an up to date debian install, As I want to have openAuto open as well as other apps open, and I was following these scripts but for step 3, there is no longer any ilclient libaries at /opt/vc/src/hello_pi/libs/ilclient.

I was wondering if anyone would know a solution to this, or another workaround to install openauto/crankshaft as a program on a fresh Debian install ?

Link to the script,

Working on updates to crankshaft/openauto to bookworm is a long term goal of mine. If you still want to build OMXVideoOuptput.cpp I found that you can pull down the userland repository and install it prior to building openauto. Checkout https://github.com/SonOfGib/prebuilts/blob/feature/bullseye/buildsystem/3_build_ilclient.sh

I was investigating using QtVideoOutput.cpp on the pi instead. Seemed to run ok under wayland with hardware acceleration on raspberry pi os bookworm.
