Add Apple Silicon Deployment instructions, similar to those in the monorepo

Following the updates to the deployment for minikube, which includes beta support for Apple Silicon machines, the documentation in the monorepo was updated. It should be updated here as well.

In addition, with the number of Alert Boxes being used now, it might be beneficial to restructure the page to include main sections for each target system.
