NACTO Blueprint for Autonomous Urbanism

The document does not make any reference to the NACTO Blueprint for Autonomous Urbanism (both the first edition in 2017, nor the second edition in 2019). Both of these documents (but most noticeably the first edition) have exceptional descriptions of city use cases for the use of assets (streets, sidewalks, and curbs). The CDS doc should reference these use cases, which are endorsed by over 70 cities (including every OMF board city) to ensure that whatever the OMF curb working group does is aligned to these use cases.

Which use cases are specifically of interest in the doc? Is it the items called out in the diagrams in the next 5 pages, 117-121?
