OpenSSL has opened up for discussions

OpenSSL has opened a discussion tab, on trial basis for a month.

I've always intended the discussion forum here to be focused on making providers, so discussions that are more purely about OpenSSL are probably better served there.

I'm not going to make a hard line in the sand, though, since there is an obvious grey area where discussions will relate to both OpenSSL and providers made for it.
