Mark Ruch kiosks as inactive

Ruch company closed all their kiosks in Poland.
I am not sure how to handle this case.
Is it enough to remove it from data/brands/shop/kiosk.json?

Note that Ruch company still exists so I don't plan to mark Wikidata entry as dissolved.

Is it enough to remove it from data/brands/shop/kiosk.json?

Currently Ruch appears 290 times in OSM data, so it'll be re-added automatically if removed, unless it's also filtered out at the top of the kiosk.json file.
