Since 2017, Micromania company bought the Zing company, see https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Micromania-Zing or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Micromania-Zing.

Some shops have the name Micromania because they only sell video games
Some others have the name Micromania-Zing because they sell video games and derivative products
Some others have the name Zing because they only sell derivative products.
There are other cases, see below.

See examples here: https://annuaire-entreprises.data.gouv.fr/entreprise/micromania-418096392#etablissements (names in bold)

Currently, when we add Zing in the name (case 2), ID editor shows a warning to change to name to Micromania with a branch Zing (case 3).

It should be great to be able to have the case 2 without a warning.

The good solution should be:

After reading the issue, the simplest approach seemed to be adding "preserveTags": ["^name"], to the Micromania preset. This will stop iD from trying to move Zing into the branch tag for the name "Micromania-Zing", and it will allow editors to specify the actual name of the store, whether that be "Micromania", "Micromania-Zing", "Recycleware Micromania", etc.
